While in Transit

  • Please name all covers
  • Hay/grass/water is fed at our Depots- if your horse requires hard feed , this is to be provided by pick up person.
  • Please use NZ Post to send official documents or papers as these are easily misplaced
  • Please use couriers to transport saddles and other gear as we do not have adequate gear spaces to transport these without damage and hold no responsibility if this occurs.
  • All horses must be provided with a halter.
  • Please note that if you provide a tail-wrap for your horse and it is the type with a velcro zip (the rubber ones), that we have found that some horses rub their rumps as a result of wearing these.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy –
If you cancel your booked transport with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the transport cost.
